The consultation process appears to have been done at a speed that has created anxiety for our staff. However, some of the issues such as the concept of peer mentoring and working with under 12 months sentenced prisoners is great and very much welcomed.

I have that feeling of Christmas he's been and gone and I'm left with lots of presents and working out how to use them effectively. Is it that post Richard McCann, Steven Duncan and Tim Campbell Blues or a dilemma of how to put it all into practice? It was a truly remarkable feeling to be at the Imperial Blackpool amongst virtually all of the staff in Lancashire. I felt the passion and enthusiasm that had been created and my own sense of pride to be associated with a group of staff who were clearly enjoying the content and a day out at the seaside.
